About The Event What is the "Law of Attraction" and How it Can Improve Your Life??? Ask anyone you know and he or she has probably heard of the book and the movie, “The Secret,” and the law of attraction, as well. The law of attraction on a more basic level simply means that your thoughts create your life. If you think negative thoughts, you draw negative occurrences into your life and if you think positive thoughts, you will only magnetize positive happenings into your life. Of course, on a deeper level, the law of attraction goes a bit deeper. Life is full of circumstances both good and bad. There are always going to be occurrences in life that we would rather not go experience. However, the law of attraction dictates that you have the power to increase the positive and minimize the negative in your life, love and relationships. The law of attraction dictates that every thought you have creates your life to show up as how you think of it. How it Works There are several steps to the law of attraction and how it works to go deeper in your relationships, love and life. However, it always begins with a thought and ends with a result. Here are 2 simple examples: 1. Set Your Intention Once you are in a relaxed state of mind, have focus, and clear on your intended outcome, then send your intention out to the universe. In order to set your intention, you must feel the experience in your mind and it must occur in the present tense. See yourself in that position, with that person, in that scenario. Feel the excitement or the joy or whatever emotions you can conjure up; put yourself in the moment of fulfillment but in your now. Do not reflect on how things went in the past or mirror events of the past to predict your future. Stay "Present" and create the future that you want! 2. Be Thankful for the Intended Outcome Walk around confidently knowing that your intention is on its way. Be thankful beforehand for the intended outcome and even go as far as being excited that you cannot wait to receive what you have asked for. Before you know it, the more mindful and aware that you become and the more you practice, feel, and believe, the more joy you will bring into your life and the lives of others, and that joy that you bring to others is what makes for a deeper love, richer life and better connectivity.

Committing Yourself to Positive Actions If you think about the word commitment, what comes up for you? Does it sound like a chore or a burden, or perhaps something that you have to do instead of want to do? Well committing to positive actions is different and not like that at all. When you commit yourself to positive actions, guess what. You gain all the benefits and reap all the rewards. Committing yourself to positive action means committing to your authentic self. Although commitment may sound like a bad word, when it comes to committing yourself to positive actions, there are a few steps you can take to make it easier. Start Small If you are like most individuals, you may have set grand goals and desires only to fall flat and feel as though you have failed. More often than not setting goals that are too big is one surefire way to flop. When you have a desire, a dream, or a vision, it is important to set smaller goals, ones that are more manageable. When your goals are more manageable, they are quite simply easier to achieve. Once you have achieved one small goal, the feeling of confidence in you will soar and you will be able to achieve the next bigger goal. Have an Accountability Partner Once you have chosen and set smaller goals, find yourself a buddy, co-worker, or family member who will sign up to be your accountability partner. So, when you set those goals, you will now have someone to answer to so to speak. In other words, make a promise and have someone check in on you to see if you are keeping that promise. It might be to sign up for a class or it might be to make a phone call. Whatever it is, have someone to answer to and you will see how this has a positive impact on your end goal. Reward Yourself Whenever you reach a goal no matter how big or small, reward yourself. Whatever the goal was whether it was to find one new client or to lose five pounds, when you reach your goal reward yourself. If you start out small, have someone you are accountable for when you make a promise to yourself, and reward yourself whenever you reach a goal no matter how big or small, you will see how easy it is to commit yourself to positive actions.
Getting Out Of Your Comfort Zone Retreat
During this weekend event, we are going to be working through the outline that is provided in the included workbook. Gratitude, Love (for self and others), kindness, abundance and mindfulness are all part of the journey during this retreat. We also provide a printable, or editable eplanner that we start working with during the event. We encourage using the planner to continue the journey throughout the year. We will have follow up retreats throughout the year to reinforce the teachings. This retreat is aimed at living "present" and connecting with your true potential. We often go through life as a program of unconscious decisions limiting ourselves by the need to feel comfortable. When we embrace the uncomfortable and equally balance the negative with the positive, we can leave our comfort zone and live a more full and enriched life in harmony. There will be games, role play, discussion, meditation, yoga, massage and nutrition involved in a non denominational spirit of awareness of God and self as we move through the outlined information in the attached documents. There will be other material and the flow of the discussions and events will be directed by the spirit of the group at the time of the retreat. Stepping out of your comfort zone isn’t easy and you’ll have to find ways to push yourself. You’ll want to set yourself up for success when you do. If not, a wrong turn out of your comfort zone can lead you to never trying again. But you can’t let fear rule you either. You have to find a balance. Before you take that leap, you need to know why and how your comfort zone is keeping you small and learn if you are stuck in hiding in your comfort zone. We’ll explore that in this guide, along with the benefits of facing your fear, ways to get out of your comfort zone, and how to leave it in the past.
